EZ_RYDE offers shock rebuild and testing services. Some of our dealers have the capability of rebuilding shocks. EXRYDE recommends that you rebuild your shocks yearly regardless of who performs the service.

EZ_RYDE also performs shock dyno testing. This service is recommend for those who are interested in customizing their ride. Many customers perform ride tuning by trial and error. This service reduces frustration from trial and error testing.

To return products for service or testing please call for RMA #. When your shock or shocks arrive we will evaluate their condition and contact you with maintenance suggestions. EZ_RYDE understands that urgent repairs are sometimes required. Any shocks can be sent to the factory via next day air. However, all customers are responsible for shipping to and from the factory.

Shock Servicing:

There are many levels of shock care. A standard rebuild includes new seals, new oil, and recharge. The cost of servicing of a single shock is $80.00. For an extra $35.00 EZ_RYDE will dyno your shock and provide a shock characterization curve.

Shock Testing:

EZ_RYDE will test any shock from any sled, ATV, or motorcycle. Shock testing costs $50.00 per shock. A test report will be sent to you via US mail or email.
