EZ_RYDE will support service for those who are not located near a dealer. EZ_RYDE is offering this service so that all customers are assured that our products will be supported.

If you do need service directly, you can have comfort knowing that EZ_RYDE is the go-to place for all of your suspension service and maintenance. We offer full component inspection/maintenance. To return products for servicing please call for RMA #. When your suspension arrives, we’ll evaluate its condition and contact you with maintenance suggestions. EZ_RYDE understands that urgent repairs are sometimes required. Any customer can take advantage of next day shipping. However, please note that the customer is responsible for shipping to and from the factory.

Skid Refurbishment/Rebuild:

A standard skid rebuild includes new hyfax, new slider bushings, new shock bushings (4 total), a new jounce bumper, new bump-stops, new idler wheel bearings, and rebuilding of both shocks. The standard rebuild price for 2007 is $####.

Upgrades, modifications, and or repairs can also be performed. Prices vary by amount of parts and repair needed.
